NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Any duties, fees, and/or VATs are your responsibility, and dependent upon your country's customs office. Gilbert is not authorized to collect import fees and taxes for your country and they are not included in your purchase price or shipping costs. Any packages refused due to unpaid duties, fees, and/or VATs will not be refunded until the package is safely returned to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY
Gilbert is dedicated to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase, you may return it to our studio within 7 days for an exchange or return. We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items. Items must be clean and unworn with original packaging and tags. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
To exchange or return an item, please contact us first and we'll provide you with our studio address. We recommend that you ship with an insured courier such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS Parcel Post. Gilbert is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
